1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using DevOps Monitor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These terms apply to all versions of the App, including iOS and Android releases.
2. Description of Service
DevOps Monitor is a mobile application that allows users to connect to their Azure DevOps organisations and view information about pipelines, repositories, boards, and artifacts. The App acts as a client interface and does not store or process your Azure DevOps data on any external server.
3. User Credentials and Authentication
The App supports two authentication methods:
- Microsoft Entra ID (SSO): Authentication is handled entirely by Microsoft's identity platform. Your credentials are never stored by the App or the developer.
- Personal Access Token (PAT): Your PAT is stored locally on your device using the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore. It is not transmitted to any third-party server operated by the developer.
You are solely responsible for the security of your authentication credentials and for any activity carried out under your Azure DevOps account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App to access Azure DevOps organisations you do not have permission to access
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation
5. Third-Party Services
The App connects to Microsoft Azure DevOps services. Your use of Azure DevOps is subject to Microsoft's own terms and conditions. The developer has no affiliation with Microsoft and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of Azure DevOps services.
6. Availability and Updates
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may release updates to fix bugs or add features; it is your responsibility to keep the App up to date.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Henrique de Oliveira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the App
- Unavailability of Azure DevOps services
- Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account
- Any errors or inaccuracies in the information displayed by the App
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Henrique de Oliveira. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
